Understanding our booking and cancellation terms
We understand that plans can change. Here's what you need to know about our cancellation policy.

Cancel 30+ days before check-in and receive a full refund of your booking amount, minus any non-refundable fees.

Cancel 14-29 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund of your booking amount. Cleaning and service fees are non-refundable.

Cancel less than 14 days before check-in and no refund will be issued. The full booking amount will be charged.
If you need to modify your reservation dates rather than cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate date changes based on availability, subject to the same cancellation policy timeframes.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
In the event of severe weather warnings, natural disasters, or other emergencies that make travel unsafe or impossible, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis. This may include full refunds, credits for future stays, or flexible rescheduling options.
In the rare event that we need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including cleaning and service fees. We will also assist you in finding alternative accommodations if needed.
Cancellations are based on the scheduled check-in date and time. For example, if your check-in is scheduled for Friday at 3:00 PM, a cancellation made on Thursday at 4:00 PM would be considered less than 24 hours before check-in.

If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, please contact us with documentation (such as a doctor's note). We will review each case individually and may offer a full refund or credit for a future stay.
If government-imposed travel restrictions prevent you from reaching the cabin, we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide a full refund, depending on your preference and our availability.
